We aim to make all product descriptions, images, colours, measurements and prices as accurate as possible.

Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing or manual measurements.

All products are subject to availability.

Placing an order is an offer to buy from us.

Your order is accepted once we confirm acceptance or dispatch your items.

We may cancel an order if:

the item is unavailable;
payment is declined;
the price or product information is incorrect;
we suspect fraud or misuse.

Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We accept the payment methods displayed on our website.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

 7.⁠ ⁠Discount codes

Discount codes may have expiry dates, minimum spending requirements or product restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order.

We may cancel or refuse discounts that have been used incorrectly.

You must not:

use the website unlawfully;
interfere with its security or operation;
introduce viruses or harmful software;
copy or commercially use our content without permission;
provide false or misleading information.

The VARYO name, branding, images, text, designs and website content belong to or are licensed to Maxwell Style Ltd.

They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

We do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses suffered by customers buying for personal use.
