Before Contacting Us

At VARYO, parcels are processed and dispatched daily to ensure fast delivery to our customers.

If you need to make a change to your order (including sizing, colour, address details, or cancelling an item), please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will always do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that amendments can be made once an order has been placed.

Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that all order details, including products, sizes, colours, quantities, delivery addresses, and contact information, have been reviewed and are correct.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct items are ordered before checkout.

VARYO accepts no liability for customer errors made during the ordering process and does not cover any costs associated with incorrect purchases made by the customer.

Incorrect Orders

If you have ordered the wrong item, size, colour, or quantity and your order has already been processed or dispatched, you will be required to follow our returns procedure.

Customers must:

1. Return the unwanted item(s) in accordance with our Returns Policy.
2. Place a new order for the correct item(s).

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange or amend orders once they have entered the dispatch process.

Address Errors

If an incorrect delivery address has been provided, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the information before dispatch; however, due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

VARYO is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address where inaccurate information has been provided by the customer.

Our customer service team is always happy to help and will do everything reasonably possible to assist with your enquiry. However, requests for order amendments remain subject to processing and dispatch status at the time of contact.
